I'm planning on buying a MSI GT80 Titan SLI Gaming Notebook

My dads helping me out and would like to know,

What is the difference between the GT80 TitanSLI-009 and the 2QE versions?

I'm in Canada and I've heard that one of them is USA only even though the store I buy from in Canada ships from USA anyways to Canada and I've heard from some Guy from the UK on a review on youtube that theirs a UK only version too?

I'm a little confused could someone help me out and explain the difference...

Is there a difference?
