GTX965m 4gb or GTX970m 3gb

Hi,

I'm looking for a laptop for games like GTA V. I have choose the Clevo P650SE, but I saw that GTA uses more than 3gb of vRAM on max settings.
So, I found another Clevo model that has a gtx965m with 4gb and Lenovo y50 with gtx960 4gb. My question is, which one will be better? There is another model that I should look at?
I prefer slimmer laptops
