I am a long time Thinkpad user. My current one is the Thinkpad T420s, and I need to upgrade. I use the Touchpad as mouse, the physical buttons for clicking, and disable the touchpad tapping feature as otherwise I am always clicking by mistake while moving around the screen.
The new Thinkpads have no buttons. The whole Touchpad is now one gigantic virtual button, and given the absence of physical buttons, tapping can't be disabled.
So unfortunately I need to switch laptop line....
