Recovering to Factory State with AlienRespawn Problem

Hi all, I just attempted to do a recovery using AlienRespawn on 2 HDDs. I used two to prove consistency in this error message. I put my recovery state on a USB stick, and boot into it on my PC. AlienRespawn loads, but displays this message when loaded, "The system recovery image cannot be found. Please make sure your recovery media is inserted and restart your PC." It goes on to say to make sure that it is not connected to a USB 3.0 port, which it is not. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Note: I'm on an Alienware Aurora R3 System and my goal is to revert to factory settings on my new SSD.
