Processor Input Voltage on i7-4930mx (overclocking)

Is there anyone who knows how high the processor processor input voltage is set to default (the standard Intel Specified voltage - factory Configured maximum voltage) on i7-4930mx ?
Can Dell add some guidelines in the motherboard for how much volts which is standard for the processor. :D

In the thread you made Mr Fox in post # 25 (How to Overclock the 4930MX to 4.3GHz with a Messed Up BIOS) You wrote: in the opening post I show to use "Default" (which turns off Adaptive mode) and an offset and That actually works OK for me.
What do you think is the best of this adjustment or only a fixed voltage + offset? I use 1.200mv + 17mv offset (I must have it). What volts becomes when you set default?
In adjustment input voltage, you can choose Default or 2-3-4v etc. Is there any real difference on how things work?

Edit: You said (I do not know the default, but Manually setting it two 2V Seems better on the Alienware 18.) Why do it works better with to put Core voltage to 2v?
Can I risk soft brick with and put Volts on 2 or 3v instead of Default in CORE VOLTAGE?
