Does anyone else with a Dell Preferred Account have this issue?
I get emails once in a while saying that my account has been accessed from some unregistered device. I've changed my userID, password, and security questions, but it still keeps happening. My account information has never changed without my knowledge. No unauthorized purchases or anything on the activity. Just a bunch of emails saying it is being accessed about once or twice a month, but nothing happens beyond that. I always use Malwarebytes and other software to protect myself from malicious software. Scans say my PC is clean. None of my other accounts (email, bank, etc.) have been accessed. It's only my Dell Preferred Account.
Does Dell access your account when they process payments?
Do Credit Report companies access your accounts without notifying you?
I'm lost. I tried emailing them but they told me everything seems fine, lol. I tried calling twice but keep being redirected to Dell Sales. :rolleyes:
