Hi, i wanna report my experience with Dell support chat. I'm using it for new sales over the web site. I found very very very quality difference between countries. The U.S. chat is more colloquial, compentent and try to help you. Instead the Dell italian chat (my country) is horrible discontinued about information, also the people seems don't know my language. They simply copy/paste some information from web site. The fault is not on peolpe who work in, but the bad organization.
