Got around 10 days or so left on my current warranty and was told by Dell that if I wanted my Alienware warranty extended, that I needed to do it before the current one expires.
I put in a warranty extension request via the website yesterday and hadn't yet heard back from Dell (why doesn't the website just let me order the extension???) so checked the website today out of curiosity and noticed my warranty is now expired on my machine even though it was due to expire on the 6th May.
Not happy about this. While I'm sure they may fix it, I'm now stuck unable to speak to anyone until next week. Has anyone else had this kind of issue? Thanks.
