Portable for a location photographer - opinions or suggestions please

Hi there,

First post, though I have lurked here for a while.

I'm in need of a small laptop for when I am shooting on location.
The following is a short list of needs

• Long battery life (+10 hrs)
  
• Enough grunt to run photoshop or similiar programs
  • I'm thinking minimum 8gb ram and an i7 processor
• Screen needs to be bright enough to view outdoors (ideally matte)
• Screen should be between 12" and 14"
• My current feeling is 14 might be a bit big.
