I had to start this thread after a total of 4 hours of phone calls at Premium Service, let me briefly tell you my story:
I got my AW17R2 the 4th of march, my first tests with the machine where about actual known issues: fan noises, screen bleeding, ghosting and the quite common speakers issue, everything seemed fine until I watched this audio channel test video:
(there is also a tester at SoundBlaster control panel)
I chose technical intervention...
