Hello NR forums,
I did some looking around and most people say a MacBook is the ideal laptop for my intended university major (Computer Science), as it has an integrated Unix environment and a good battery life. However, I'm not a huge Apple fan and I'm not willing to shell out a lot of money for sub par specs. I've looked around for good Windows laptops for that fit my needs, but I could not find the right one for me. Here is the form:

around $1500, maybe more...
