Reliable laptop for office work, gaming and video editing

Hello guys, I'm new here and seeking advice. I want to get a new laptop that allows me to do my office work but also edit videos in premiere and game from time to time, at decent settings (ultra is not a must), so a dedicated GPU is in order. However, I'd like the machine to be as silent as possible and to remain cool in vital parts, like the keyboard and palmrest while performing demanding tasks. I value silence and cool temps very much. I don't want components failing due to heat.
