ASUS VIVOBOOK S400C or ASUS X555LD

I'm looking for a budget laptop for some basic tasks like browsing the web, movies and light photo editing from time to time but I'll be using it for multiple hours a day on a daily basis so I want minimum noise, temperature and a decent build (after a horrible expercience with a hp pavilion g6) so I'm hesitating between
