Can I give away a free 7970 gpu pulled from a Alienware M17 R4

I just up-graded my Alienware M17 R4 with a nvidia 970m gpu. I have the old ATI 7970 with out heat sink.
I don't need it anymore can I give it to someone on this forum or is it against the rules?
