Hey Fellas,
Just curious here. Most 2011 3D TV's apparently only take 3D at 720 60FPS or at 1080 at 24FPS.
I previously thought this limitation was due to only using HDMI 1.4 instead of HDMI 1.4a rather than the display itself.
I'm getting a Sony set will support 200Hz.
Theoretically, I then should be able to support 1080p at 60fps using 3D (3D actually being 60fps x2 [per eye] (120Hz). Will a HDMI 1.4a cable suffice ? or should I be looking at using DVI ?
Can anyone shed any light on the situation ?
