UPDATE 1: As of the 347.88 driver, overclocking has been re-enabled for all of the previously affected Maxwell mobile GPUs, even those with a locked vBIOS

Nvidia clockblock: vBIOS (unblocked in 347.88, reblocked in 350.12)
