I have a question on the display for the Alienware 17 R2. I have a friend who is looking to replace a 2010 i7 dual core Macbook Pro 17 with a new 17 notebook running Windows 8.1. He would like a glossy 17 FHD display for photography.

I see 2 display options:
1. 17.3 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS-Panel Anti-Glare 300-nits Display
2. 17.3 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS-Pane TrueLife 300-nits Display with Touch Technology: +$150

Is the second screen a glossy display? If not, what...
