No lights on the left side!

I just purchased my new Area 51 two weeks ago from Frys and noticed tonight that the three lights (numbers 1,2 and 3) are not lighting up. Since this is the side the doesn't face me I am not sure how long it has not worked or if they ever did. Any ideas where to look to see why they are not lighting up? I did go into the software and change the lighting but those three lights still do not come on
