Razer confirmed the fans doing this is "normal". There is no user-modifiable way, nor anything on the horizon to control fan profiles like some other manufacturers. You'll have to under clock a bit (see my post below), elevate the laptop's bottom, use an additional lap cooler, or some combination of the three if you want to keep it off the max fan speed while gaming modern games.
