17 r2 brand new or last years model from outlet?

Hi there, I joined this forum because it looks like after nearly 15 years of wanting one, I'm finally getting an Alienware!

Where I'm stuck is deciding to buy a new model (that seems to be getting some real love it /hate it feedback) or as the title asks, last years model from the outlet store.

I'd be looking to spend £1500 max(!)
