I'm sorry if this is the wrong section, i couldn't find the x51 thread.
I just got this x51 last week, but i haven't been able to play battlefield 3 at all. On multiplayer the computer completely crashes 1 second right after the game starts. On single player the pc crashes with a black screen. I tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers, restoring the computer to factory defaults with the alien-something application, and finally done a clean windows install with the disc it came with. Guess what, same problem. I'm completely perplexed by this issue, since i'm not sure what's the cause of this. I used the stock drivers that it came with(660 gtx) and the latest ones from the nvidia website.
This is the error i get IF i manage to exit out of the crashed game on multiplayer.

This is very frustrating so any help will be greatly appreciated. I just don't have the time to sit around waiting 2+ hours on the phone with alienware tech support.
All of the other games work fine btw.
