How do you Re-Install Win8.1 with Recovery?

I would like to reformat the HDD on my K750J and re install windows 8.1 from my recovery partition but I don’t know how. No problem if I had the OS on a DVD
I copied with Reflect the recovery & boot partitions to 3 DVD’s but the DVD’s are not bootable and when I use the Reflect PE there are no files I can find to do this job
Has anyone done it and how?
